Candle915 (“the Service”, operated by Arsalan Ali, Lakhimpur, Uttar Pradesh, India) lets you practise trading on replayed historical market data using a simulated (paper) account. Practice results are simulated; they do not represent real trading and do not predict real results. The Service is built to help you practise, build discipline and learn from your mistakes, which can help you become a better trader. But it is only practice: how you perform in live markets depends entirely on you, your decisions and your risk management.
New accounts receive a limited free trial (days and number of practice trades as shown on our website). Paid plans are billed as shown on the pricing section of our website and are processed by Razorpay. Prices may change in the future; the price you paid applies for the period you paid for.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Nothing in the Service is investment advice. Any decision to trade real money is yours alone. We are not liable for any trading loss or loss of opportunity arising from use of the Service or from relying on practice results, backtests or any data shown.
Market data is historical and may contain gaps or errors. We try to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change over time. Your uploaded notes, recordings and practice data stay on our servers within your plan's storage limit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
