Every new account gets a free trial (no card needed) so you can try the Service before paying. Please use it to check that the Service suits you.
Because the Service is delivered digitally and access starts immediately, fees paid for any plan are non-refundable, including for unused time, change of mind, or lack of use.
Plans are prepaid for a fixed period and do not auto-renew unless stated at checkout. You may stop using the Service at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
If you were charged twice for the same plan, or charged but the plan was not activated, contact us with your payment reference. We will fix it by activating your plan or refunding the duplicate amount. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
